Terms and Conditions

Anak Rantau Riau is licensed to You (End-User) by PT. Anak Rantau Riau, located and registered at Kota Batam, Indonesia ("Licensor"), for use only under the terms of this License Agreement. By downloading the Licensed Application from Apple's software distribution platform ("App Store") and Google's software distribution platform ("Play Store"), and any update thereto (as permitted by this License Agreement), you indicate that you agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions of this License Agreement and that you accept this License Agreement. App Store and Play Store are referred to in this License Agreement as "Services." The parties of this License Agreement acknowledge that the Services are not a Party to this License Agreement and are not bound by any provisions or obligations concerning the Licensed Application, such as warranty, liability, maintenance, and support thereof. PT. Anak Rantau Riau, not the Services, is solely responsible for the Licensed Application and the content thereof.

This License Agreement may not provide for usage rules for the Licensed Application that conflict with the latest Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and Google Play Terms of Service ("Usage Rules"). PT. Anak Rantau Riau acknowledges that it had the opportunity to review the Usage Rules and this License Agreement does not conflict with them. PT. Anak Rantau Riau when purchased or downloaded through the Services, is licensed to You for use only under the terms of this License Agreement. The Licensor reserves all rights not expressly granted to You. PT. Anak Rantau Riau is to be used on devices that operate with Apple's operating systems ("iOS" and "Mac OS") or Google's operating system ("Android").

1. The Application

The TM App is a mobile platform provided by PT. Anak Rantau Riau. It's designed to allow users ("you") to browse schedules, book sports facilities (arenas), and register for events hosted at our venue(s).

2. License Grant and Restrictions

2.1.License Grant: We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Application for your personal, non-commercial purposes, strictly in accordance with these Terms.

2.2.Restrictions: You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

  • License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, or otherwise commercially exploit the Application.
  • Copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of any part of the Application.
  • Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice (including copyright or trademark notices) on the Application.

3. Technical Requirements

Use of the Application requires a compatible mobile device, an active internet connection, and a current version of its operating system (iOS or Android). You're responsible for any fees charged by your mobile carrier for data services.

4. Maintenance and Support

While we aim to provide a seamless experience, we aren't obligated to provide dedicated maintenance or technical support. For any issues, you can contact us at [email protected], but we don't guarantee a specific response time or resolution.

5. User Accounts

To use features like booking, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and current information. You're responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any security breach or unauthorized use of your account.

6. Price and Payment

  • The price for the booking service will be as quoted on our Application, except in cases of obvious error.
  • All prices displayed include applicable taxes (e.g., PPN), if any.
  • Prices may change at any time, but changes won't affect bookings that have already been confirmed.
  • Payment is processed via our designated third-party payment gateway (e.g., Midtrans). By paying, you agree to the terms of the payment gateway provider.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • By making a booking, you accept and agree to our cancellation and refund policy.
  • All successfully paid bookings are considered final and cannot be canceled by you.
  • We operate a strict no-refund policy (non-refundable). No refunds will be issued for any reason, including user error in selecting a schedule or failure to show up.

8. Delivery Policy

  • Our service is the digital booking of venues. Therefore, no physical goods will be shipped or delivered.
  • The "delivery" of our service is the successful confirmation of your booking, which is sent to you electronically after your payment is completed.
  • This booking confirmation will be made available to you through directly within the Application, in your account's booking history section

9. Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important. Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Application, you acknowledge you have read our Privacy Policy, which can be found here.

10. Intellectual Property

The Application and its original content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of PT. Anak Rantau Riau and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties and App Store Refunds

11.1. The Application is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranty of any kind. We expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory.

11.2. We do not warrant that the Application will meet your requirements, operate without interruption, be error-free, or be free of viruses.

11.3. App Store Refunds: In the event of any failure of the Application to conform to any applicable warranty not disclaimed by these Terms, you may notify the App Store operator (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store). The App Store operator may, per its own policies, refund the purchase price, if any. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App Store operator will have no other warranty obligation.

12. U.S. Legal Compliance

You represent and warrant that: (a) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (b) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Application immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including a breach of these Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
